I just received my order yesterday and would be happy except I forgot when placing the order that UPS would be delivering them. The outer box was so smashed that the sealing tape was split end to end. The box was open and three filters were damaged, and all of them were compressed to where they don't fit in the frame of the air intake without gaps. If you regularly receive damaged UPS shipments as I do, you may want to pass on this deal.
Sorry to have to say this mikegrmi, but this is the standard for UPS for the last 1 to 2 years now. Even if you are lucky enough to receive your package without carton damage, there is always that familiar aluminum residue that seems to cover at least 1 or 2 of the sides of the package from sliding across something in delivery, and you DO NOT want to set this on any of your furniture of clothing, as it is bad enough to get off of your hands.
As for me, when I place an order now I ask and if the supplier says it will arrive via UPS, I ask for another option, and if there are none, I TELL THEM WHY I DON'T USE THEM AND POLITELY REFUSE TO BUY FROM THEM. Eventually i think shippers will move to FedEX or another service.

Thank you!
