    I could go for this. I can't find the "fine print" about how/when it can be unlocked if I want to change providers in the future.

    I see
    Target
    has brightspot nokia 520 for $99 and I think I can unlock that after spending $100 (a little over two months I figure).

    These actually aren't that bad as a phone... Actually really good. As just the phone text and organizer plus email \ office doc viewer. If you want to play games or run apps its a sad sad world for winphones. LOTS of **** in the win store. All the good apps missing. If you want more that Facebook twitter and a browser you will have to go to iOS or android

    i found it after entering 80134 zipcode, then ordered although i live in different zipcode..
