It's possible, but not to the extent you're talking about. I bought a similar style Blue Maser II wireless gaming mouse with the same features and the noise from the buttons isn't as pronounced. However, I think this mouse would be better than the wireless mouse I got. If you click two buttons at once, it's possible the mouse doesn't react or reacts poorly (this is especially true if you play a game where one button is a weapon zoom and the other is fire).
