I have a couple of Honeywell brand radiator heaters like this that I've been using for three or four years. So far, I've had good luck with them (i.e. they still work and haven't burned down my house). I'm hoping the build quality of this one is decent...for only $35, though, I'll be happy if it lasts just one winter.

I've had good luck with the Pelonis brand at Sprawlmart for $39 or so. Had a more expensive Delonghi that off-gassed toxic smelling fumes for months.

I've used the oil filled heaters for years. Quiet, reliable heat. However, they aren't spot heaters, you have to leave them on for a while to get the desired effect.
